Upgrading needs enough prepaid credit to cover your chosen tables for 7 days. When credit runs out there is a 3-day grace period before an automatic downgrade to Demo. Prices are in USD; the Console shows the current rates.

Every request is signed with HMAC-SHA256. Call player/launch for a one-time URL and redirect the player into the live lobby; balances move through the transfer-wallet API, and bets and settlements arrive by webhook. Every game uses the same API, so new games need no new integration.

Which games are available, and will more be added?

New live games will keep arriving; opening tables, billing and the API work the same way, so a finished integration never needs redoing.
Can I use my own tables and dealers? What equipment do I need?
Yes. Create a table in the Console, then push video with OBS or any WHIP-capable encoder; round results come from the dealer tablet (with a card-reader shoe or manual entry), AI card recognition or the API. All you need is a camera, a streaming PC or encoder and a tablet; a card-reader shoe is optional.
Do I need to talk to sales, sign a contract or wait for approval?
No. elite is fully self-service: once you sign up, your account is created immediately and the Console password is emailed to you. There are no sales calls and no manual reviews.
Can I run a real business on the free Demo plan?
Demo is for evaluation and integration testing: tables, players online, video and bets are capped, and games show a “Demo” watermark. When you are ready, top up in the Console and upgrade to Production.
How is pricing calculated and how do I pay?
Production costs 100 USD per active table per month (charged daily) plus 0.09 USD per GB of streaming, deducted daily from prepaid credit. There is no revenue share, setup fee or minimum. Top up with USDT — credited automatically after on-chain confirmation — and see every charge in the Console.
Roughly how much does streaming cost?
Streaming is billed by the traffic your players actually watch, at 0.09 USD per GB; nothing is charged when nobody is watching. At about 3 Mbps, one player watching for an hour uses about 1.35 GB. Use the streaming cost estimate under Pricing to work out a monthly figure.
What happens when my prepaid credit runs out?
You get an email before credit runs low. Once it runs out there is a 3-day grace period, after which the account is downgraded to Demo automatically; top up to upgrade again.
Do I have to build an integration?
Not necessarily. Developers can follow the API docs for game launch and the transfer wallet. Without developers, create player accounts in the Console and players can sign in on the public login page with your company code.
Who do I contact when something goes wrong?
elite does not offer human support. The API docs, sandbox and status page are available around the clock; the system detects and resolves most issues automatically and posts progress on the status page.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. Upload your logo and it replaces ours in the lobby, at the table and on loading screens; on Production you can also point your own domain at elite with a CNAME for a dedicated login site.
Can I stop or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Downgrade yourself in the Console anytime — it takes effect immediately and fees already incurred that day still apply. No contract, no minimum term.
