Going live and costs
Opening a table to players
For players to see a table and bet on it, two settings must both be on:
| Setting | Where | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Offered to players | Table → Table management → Lobby tables | Players only see enabled tables; on the paid plan the table fee starts on the day you enable it |
| Status: Open or Maintenance | Table → Table management → My tables → Edit | In maintenance the lobby shows the table as under maintenance and no bets are taken; bets are taken only when it is open |
- A new table is enabled in your lobby when you create it, with its status set to Maintenance. On the paid plan the Console asks you to confirm the billing first.
- If your plan's table limit is reached (2 tables by default on the free demo plan), a new table is not enabled; after upgrading to the paid plan, turn on Offered to players in Lobby tables.
- The free demo plan is not meant for real operation: video is limited to 3 viewers at a time and 30 minutes per session, and the game screens carry a demo watermark; see Free demo plan limits. Upgrade under Plan & billing → Plan before going live.
Before you open
- The result source is connected: the Results feed light in My tables is normal; for dealer-tablet tables a tablet is paired and a supervisor PIN is set.
- Both the desktop and the mobile feed are live; see Checking that the stream is live.
- Bet-limit profiles (for every currency you have enabled) and the betting time are set; see Table settings below.
- Rehearse: while the table is in maintenance the dealer tablet can start, deal and confirm rounds as usual; the platform records results and the roadmap but takes no bets. Check cards and results in Table → Round results, or under Roadmap and Round history in the Table workbench.
- In My tables → Edit, set the status to Open and save.
Table settings
| Setting | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Table names | My tables → Edit | Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English; at least the Traditional Chinese or the English name |
| Variants | My tables → Edit | Baccarat: classic and no-commission (either or both); dragon tiger and Niu Niu have one each |
| Betting time | My tables → Edit | 5–120 seconds (new tables default to 30, Niu Niu to 20). With the dealer tablet, the time the dealer picks when starting a round applies (within the shortest–longest betting time); with other sources the shorter of the source's countdown and this value applies, and betting closes at once when the source closes it |
| Bet-limit profiles at this table | Lobby tables → Settings | Ticked per currency; a currency with nothing ticked uses all its enabled profiles. For Niu Niu and Texas Hold'em tables you can also tick them in the My tables form |
| Display order | Lobby tables → Settings | Lower numbers come first |
| Big/Small/Odd/Even (dragon tiger) | Lobby tables → Settings | Off by default |
| Niu Niu | My tables → Edit | Rounds per session (10–200, default 60), equal and double rake (0–10%, default 5%), table caps (per currency) |
| Texas Hold'em | My tables → Edit | Table type (player vs dealer or player vs player; cannot be changed later), seats, timers, on-site seats, auto start, electronic community cards, paytable or blinds and buy-ins, seat positions |
- Bet-limit profiles are created per currency under Table → Bet-limit profiles, where you also choose which currencies your company enables. Players in a currency that has no profile for the game cannot bet; the page warns you about it.
- For bet limits, odds and result formats see Tables & round results.
Hold'em seat positions
Every studio's picture is different, so the seat frames on the Texas Hold'em screen must line up with the actual seats in the video:
- Seats: player vs dealer 1–12 (default 7); player vs player 2–10 (default 9).
- Seat positions (desktop): in My tables → Edit on the Hold'em table. The background is a live snapshot of the table's desktop feed; drag each seat onto the picture (arrow keys nudge the selected seat, with Shift for bigger steps), and use Capture again, restore the defaults, or enlarge the editor. Seats placed too low are hidden by the player panel at the bottom of the desktop screen, and the editor warns you.
- Before streaming starts you can keep the default positions and come back to align them once the video is live; realign them whenever the camera or framing changes.
- Show electronic community cards (on by default): turn it off when the video already shows the board, so the cards are not shown twice; hands and results are still displayed.
Maintenance
- Manual maintenance: in My tables → Edit, set the status to Maintenance. Betting on the current round closes at once, bets already placed settle when the result comes in, and no further bets are taken. The dealer tablet can still run rehearsal rounds, and their results are recorded.
- Automatic maintenance (baccarat, dragon tiger, Niu Niu): when the result source goes down, the table stops taking bets immediately; an open table that stays down for 5 minutes shows as under maintenance in the lobby, and after 24 hours it is hidden from the lobby; it reopens by itself as soon as the signal is back. Automatic maintenance does not change the status you set in the Console.
- Maintenance does not stop the table fee: the table fee depends only on whether the table is Offered to players. For a table that stays closed for a long time, disable it in Lobby tables (the day you disable it is still billed).
- Remove: Remove in My tables takes the table out of the lobby, disables it and unlinks its result source; its round history is kept. If you share the table, the merchants using it lose it after the current round. The ID of a removed table cannot be reused.
Costs
The paid plan has two fees, taken from your prepaid credit every day at 00:05 UTC for the previous UTC day:
| Fee | How it is calculated | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Table fee | Every table Offered to players at any time during the day counts one day: table-days × monthly price ÷ days in the month; a table enabled for a whole month costs exactly one month's price | The price per table per month is in the pricing section of the website and in the Console under Plan & billing → Plan (a limited-time promotional price may apply) |
| Streaming fee | Video your players watch (1 GB = 10⁹ bytes) × the price; pushing is not billed, and nothing is billed while nobody watches | USD 0.09 per GB at the time of writing (September 2026); the website's pricing section and the Console show the current price |
- The free demo plan has no table fee; streaming is taken from the prepaid credit on every plan (the credit you receive at sign-up can be used for video).
- A table in maintenance is still billed as long as it is Offered to players.
- When you share a table, merchants who enable it count it in their own table count and table fees, and the video their players watch is billed to them.
- The daily details are in the Console under Plan & billing → Usage details: table-days, streaming GB, daily charges, prepaid credit and roughly how many GB it still covers.
- For prepaid credit, grace periods and automatic downgrades see Billing.
Worked example
Assume 2 tables offered to players for all of September (30 days), about 3 Mbps pushed, an average of 20 players watching at the same time across all tables, 12 opening hours a day, and USD 0.09 per GB:
text
Traffic per viewer-hour ≈ 3 Mbps × 3,600 s ÷ 8 ÷ 1,000 ≈ 1.35 GB
Viewer-hours per day = 20 viewers × 12 hours = 240 hours
Streaming per day ≈ 240 × 1.35 GB = 324 GB
Streaming fee per day ≈ 324 × 0.09 = USD 29.16
Streaming fee, 30 days ≈ 9,720 GB × 0.09 = USD 874.80
Table fee per day = 2 table-days × monthly price ÷ 30- One viewer watching for an hour uses about 1.35 GB, about USD 0.12.
- The streaming fee grows with the number of viewers, viewing hours and bitrate; a lower bitrate on the mobile feed lowers mobile players' traffic.
- The streaming cost estimate in the pricing section of the website takes your own table count, viewers, opening hours and picture quality. Actual amounts are the daily charges listed in the Console.
